The Panasonic ES-RT47S is a rechargeable 3-blade electric shaver designed for close facial shaving, moustache and sideburn detailing, and adjustable stubble trimming. Its three-blade cutting system uses sharp 30-degree nano-polished inner blades, while the rounded Multi-Fit Arc outer foils maintain contact with the skin around the chin, jawline and neck. A flexible pivoting head follows facial contours for a smoother and more comfortable shave. The shaver supports both dry shaving and wet shaving with foam or gel. Its waterproof construction allows the shaving head to be rinsed under running water after use.

The Panasonic ES-RT47 combines a foil shaver and adjustable stubble trimmer in one rechargeable grooming appliance. Three independently working blades cut facial hair close to the skin, while the flexible shaving head moves across curved areas of the face. The rounded outer foils help maintain even skin contact, including underneath the chin. A slide-up trimmer with acute 45-degree blades can be used to shape sideburns, moustaches and beard edges. When the supplied comb attachment is fitted, the trimmer provides five adjustable cutting lengths from 1mm to 7mm. The lithium-ion battery requires approximately one hour for a full charge and provides up to 54 minutes of cordless operation. Universal 100–240V operation makes the shaver suitable for international travel when used with the appropriate plug adaptor.
