The UNITEK Y-108301-1.5M features a durable transparent dark brown PVC housing engineered for stable long-term industrial serial communication and reliable signal transmission. Designed as a USB-to-RS422/RS485 converter, the cable enables efficient two-way data communication between USB-equipped computers and industrial RS422/RS485 devices. Powered by a genuine FTDI chipset, the adapter provides highly stable USB-to-serial conversion with support for communication speeds ranging from 300 baud up to 3 Mbaud. This makes it suitable for industrial automation systems, factory equipment, CNC machinery, telecom systems, security devices, label writers, POS hardware, and modem/ISDN terminal adapters.
