The Philips BHH880/00 combines the familiar action of a paddle brush with controlled ceramic heat. ThermoProtect technology maintains a consistent temperature across the brush to help prevent overheating. The tourmaline ceramic coating provides a smooth heated surface that helps hair glide through the bristles while reducing friction. The triple-bristle system is designed to detangle and guide the hair while keeping the heated section away from direct contact with the scalp. Longer outer bristles help detangle and guide each section, while the shorter heated bristles provide the straightening effect. The brush is intended to create naturally straight, smooth-looking hair rather than the extremely flat finish produced by clamping plates.
