The Philips i9000 Prestige XP9202/10 is a premium wet-and-dry electric shaver designed to deliver a close shave while supporting skin comfort through intelligent pressure and beard-density sensing. Its Triple Action Lift & Cut system lifts facial hair and cuts it at skin level, while the compact 360° Precision Flexing Heads maintain contact around difficult areas such as the neck, jawline and underneath the nose. The Dual SteelPrecision blades provide up to 7 million cutting movements per minute and are designed to capture hairs growing in different directions, including one-day, three-day and seven-day beard growth.

The Philips XP9202/10 combines a flexible rotary shaving system with Philips SkinIQ technology. Its compact shaving heads move independently and flex across facial contours. Philips states that the head design provides up to 20% greater precision than the referenced predecessor, supporting better access around difficult areas. The intelligent Power Adapt sensor checks beard density up to 500 times per second and automatically adjusts cutting power. The Pressure Guard sensor uses illuminated feedback to indicate when the user is pressing too firmly or too lightly against the skin. A hydrophilic Hydro SkinGlide coating containing microtech beads helps reduce friction as the shaver passes across the face. The device can be used dry, with shaving foam or gel, or in the shower.
