Overview

The Beko TKM8961K Turkish Coffee Machine is designed to prepare authentic Turkish coffee automatically with consistent foam, temperature and water measurement. It uses two independent coffee pots and can prepare up to six Turkish coffee cups per brewing cycle, generally up to three cups in each pot. The automatic water-feeding system draws water from the removable 1.5-litre tank, reducing the need to measure water manually for every serving. The machine combines 3D induction heating, CookSense, SpinJet and Anti-Spill technologies to control heating, foam development, water quantity and overflow protection.

Product Description

The Beko TKM8961K recreates the traditional slow-heating process of Turkish coffee in an automated countertop appliance. Its 3D induction-heating system surrounds the coffee pot with controlled heat rather than heating only from beneath. This helps distribute temperature more evenly and supports the rich flavour and foam associated with traditionally prepared Turkish coffee. CookSense monitors the brewing and foam-development process, stopping preparation at the appropriate point. SpinJet regulates the amount and movement of water supplied to each pot, while the Anti-Spill system helps prevent overflowing during brewing. The dual-pot design allows two batches to be prepared at the same time. This is useful when serving several guests or preparing coffees with different sugar levels in separate pots.
