Product Description

The Panasonic MX-CP3121KTZ combines a lightweight plastic blending jug with two compact dry-grinding attachments. The main blender is suitable for preparing fruit juices, smoothies, milkshakes, sauces, soups and other liquid-based recipes. The curved stainless-steel saber blade cuts and circulates ingredients, while four ribs inside the jug help direct food back toward the blade for more uniform blending. Two operating speeds provide control for different textures. Speed 1 is suitable for lighter or softer ingredients, while Speed 2 supports faster blending. The Pulse position delivers short bursts for greater control and helps move ingredients around the jug. The two dry mills can be used separately for grinding spices, coffee beans, dried herbs and other small dry ingredients. Each mill has an approximate working capacity of 50g. The blender’s safety-lock system prevents operation when the jug or mill is not positioned correctly. Panasonic also includes a self-recovery fuse intended to protect the motor if it overheats because of excessive loading.
