The Ninja Foodi AF300ME Dual Zone Air Fryer is designed to cook two different foods at the same time using separate cooking drawers, independent temperatures and individual timers. Its SYNC function coordinates different programs so both drawers finish together, while MATCH copies the same settings across both zones for larger batches of one food. The air fryer provides six programs: Air Fry, Max Crisp, Roast, Bake, Reheat and Dehydrate. Ninja states that it can cook up to 75% faster than selected fan-oven methods and produce air-fried food with up to 75% less fat than traditional deep frying under its specified test conditions.

The Ninja AF300ME combines two 3.8L cooking drawers in one countertop appliance, providing 7.6L total capacity. Each zone can run independently. For example, one drawer can roast chicken while the second air-fries vegetables using a different time and temperature. Selecting SYNC adjusts the start times so both dishes complete together. For larger portions, MATCH applies one program across both drawers. The two non-stick cooking baskets and crisper plates are removable and dishwasher safe, making the appliance easier to clean after cooking.
