Overview

The Sharp EG-PL41-K3 is a high-output household meat grinder designed for preparing fresh minced meat, sausages, kofta, kebab and kubbe mixtures. It can process up to approximately 2.5kg of meat per minute under suitable conditions. Three interchangeable grinding discs allow the user to select fine, medium or coarse textures, while the reverse function helps clear meat fibres or ingredients lodged around the auger

Product Description

The grinder feeds chilled, boneless meat through a No. 8 grinder head toward an R-shaped stainless-steel cutting blade and the selected perforated disc. Its stainless-steel food-contact components are intended to provide hygienic, corrosion-resistant food preparation. The supplied sausage and kubbe attachments expand the appliance beyond basic mincing, while the food pusher moves ingredients through the feed tube without direct hand contact. A dedicated reverse control rotates the auger in the opposite direction when the grinding head becomes blocked.
