Product Description

The Mebashi ME-CCM2055 is built for high-volume coffee preparation where stable temperature, fast steaming, and professional extraction control are required. The machine uses a Thermoblock with PTC heating for coffee together with a separate 1L stainless-steel boiler for steam and hot water. This dual-heating arrangement allows espresso brewing, milk steaming, and hot-water dispensing to be performed at the same time. The 15-bar Italian pump supports consistent pressure for extracting espresso with rich flavour, aroma, and crema. A built-in PID display allows the user to set brewing temperature and pre-infusion time. The machine also includes a coffee pressure gauge, automatic steam-temperature sensor, manual hot-water and steam knobs, top cup warmer, and removable drip tray for easier daily operation and maintenance.
