Overview

The Tripp Lite E2MT (EnviroSense2) is a rack-mounted environmental temperature sensor designed to monitor ambient temperature inside server racks and network cabinets. It works with Tripp Lite LX Platform UPS systems and PDUs for remote environmental monitoring. It is widely used in data centers, IT rooms, and server racks to prevent overheating and improve system reliability.

Product Description

The E2MT sensor connects via USB to compatible Tripp Lite LX Platform devices and continuously measures ambient temperature conditions. It allows IT administrators to: Monitor rack temperature in real time Log temperature alerts in management systems Improve cooling efficiency and prevent overheating The module attaches using a magnetic base, making installation quick and tool-free. Multiple E2 sensors can be daisy-chained together (up to 3 units) for extended monitoring.
